Japan Mobility Show 2025
Unveiling of Key Visual and Overview of Show Programs & Events

The Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association, Inc. (Chairman: Masanori KATAYAMA) is pleased to unveil the key visual for Japan Mobility Show 2025—to be held from October 30 through November 9, 2025 at Tokyo Big Sight, in the Ariake district of Tokyo’s Koto-ku—as well as present an overview of programs and events, participating companies, and ticket information for the show.

Key Visual

“A unique opportunity to explore mobility’s future“ will be the overall concept for Japan Mobility Show 2025. The key visual designed for the show is premised on the notion of people coming together to explore a multiplicity of pathways to the creation of the future. Visitors from all kinds of backgrounds and with different specific interests—whether car and motorcycle enthusiasts, motorsports aficionados, admirers of vintage and special-purpose vehicles, business professionals, or families with a shared interest in automobiles and their use—will be transported, by the rallying slogan “Let’s Go MobiShow!,” into the exciting world and wide-ranging visions of mobility’s future.

Overview of Show Programs & Events

In addition to the content on display at exhibitors’ stands (see the “Exhibits by Category” entry below), visitors to the show will be able to explore the future of mobility through an array of programs inspired by three main themes: #Future, focusing on the future of mobility; #Culture, focusing on the appeal of mobility; and #Creation, focusing on the business of mobility.

#FUTURE: The Future of Mobility

A new edition of Tokyo Future Tour, hugely popular at the inaugural Japan Mobility Show in 2023, will be held under the designation Tokyo Future Tour 2035. Tour participants will be able to glimpse into the future and experience the technologies and other innovations that will be in everyday use in 10 years’ time. The creation of this vision of Tokyo in 2035, involving the collaboration of over 100 companies and organizations from diverse industries, is a testament to the commitment and innovativeness of the community they, together with the auto industry, constitute.

#CULTURE: The Appeal of Mobility

Conceived for people with a passion for mobility, this part of the show will focus on mobility cultures, particularly those surrounding cars and motorcycles, that have deep roots in individuals’ lives and which continue to provide enjoyment and excitement. The first program will take visitors back in time to distinctive historical eras of which specific vehicle models were shining emblems, offering a nostalgic experience for those who remember those days and, for others, a dazzling novel encounter. The second program will feature driving demonstrations and ride-along experiences with racing cars, historic cars, SUVs, and other vehicles that will be on display; visitors will thereby have the opportunity to understand and appreciate the remarkable capabilities of such vehicles. The third program will include demonstration runs that reveal the effects on vehicle performance of various next-generation fuels; an exhibition of rare supercars and custom cars and RV; and a venue where vehicle fans, longstanding or new, can get together to discuss the objects of their enthusiasm. For all visitors to enjoy and especially for families with children, there will also be an exhibit of work vehicles, talk shows that kids can appreciate, the very popular Tomica toy vehicle booth, and a marketplace that pays tribute to the use of kei trucks in the agricultural sector and showcases produce and other goods from across the country which they transport. A cornucopia of entertaining activities to pursue!

#CREATION: The Business of Mobility

Startup Future Factory, a vital part of the Japan Mobility Show since its inaugural edition, includes business-promoting exhibitor booths and a Pitch Contest & Awards program. This “double feature” event enables startup and established companies to come together for the purpose of forming partnerships whose goal is business co-creation, aimed at sparking innovation and new excitement in the world of mobility and expanding the mobility industry’s scope. The participation of a large number of startup companies in the booth exhibits is intended to help foster collaborations across industries and business sectors. The Pitch Contest & Awards program will be conducted within a framework of two distinct business-growth stages, to facilitate the successful meeting of business needs at specific stages of business development. Under the slogan “The future is what we create together,” Future Mobility Forum, a multi-session conference on mobility’s future and its integration with society, will also be held. Headed by JAMA senior officers, sessions will include the participation of companies and organizations that will offer different perspectives on business co-creation, which will be of interest not only to professionals but the general public as well.

Exhibits by Category

A total of 136 exhibitors will showcase products from six categories (passenger cars/commercial vehicles/motorcycles/vehicle bodies/parts and machinery & tools/mobility-related) in their respective stands. Visitors will be able to explore the future of mobility as they navigate among the stands and displays of concept cars and cutting-edge automotive technologies.

Other Programs

Following its success at the inaugural Japan Mobility Show, Out of KidZania in JMS, a collaboration with the KidZania theme park enterprise, will again this year host a work-focused roleplaying program designed especially for kids, in which elementary school-aged children can take on a variety of specific mobility-related jobs using real equipment and tools. Visitors to the show will also be offered a bounty of different gastronomic experiences, whether at restaurants set up throughout the show’s venue or in food courts providing casual dining and a place to rest.
