Registration Opens for the Use of a New Online Communication Service
to Promote Optimal Business Matching with Pre-Show Information Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association, Inc. (Chairman: Masanori KATAYAMA) is pleased to announce that this year\u2019s Japan Mobility Show, to be held from October 15 through October 18, 2024 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture, will officially be called \u201cJapan Mobility Show Bizweek 2024.\u201d<\/p>\n

A new online communication service is being introduced to facilitate business matching opportunities for the show. Registration for the service opens today. <\/p>\n

Last year saw the transformation of the 70-year-old Tokyo Motor Show into the Japan Mobility Show, a co-creation platform bringing together companies across industries to imagine wide-ranging visions for the future. Japan Mobility Show Bizweek 2024 will move this initiative forward by holding business-focused events to promote co-creation between established mobility-related companies and startups.<\/p>\n

Introducing a New Online Communication Service<\/h4>\n

As part of the business-matching program at Japan Mobility Show Bizweek 2024, a new online communication service, Meet-Up Box,<\/strong> is being introduced to promote optimally effective and targeted business discussions between the established companies and startups participating in the business-matching events that will take place during the show. The use of this service will enable business-matching program participants not only to view, prior to the start of the show, information on the companies participating in the program but also to submit offers to listed projects in order to communicate directly with the company\/ies with which they wish to be matched. This will provide program participants with the opportunity to better understand each other\u2019s supply-side\/demand-side needs and business challenges and also allow them to set up meetings during the show ahead of time.<\/p>\n

Meet-Up Box will remain available for use after this year\u2019s show to facilitate the online business-matching activity that will continue in the lead-up to Japan Mobility Show 2025. <\/p>\n
