(JAMA, Chairman: Masanori KATAYAMA) has issued a joint statement with the Brazilian Association of Automotive Vehicle Manufacturers (ANFAVEA, Chairman: Igor Calvet). The statement, titled &#8220;Pragmatic and successful decarbonization of road transport -The Strategic Role of Sustainable Fuels including Biofuels and Technological Diversity-&#8221; was released in anticipation of the 1st Ministerial Meeting on Sustainable Fuels on September 15, 2025, and COP30 in Brazil in November.
